Working Principle

The Two Roll Sand Making Machine?uses two independently driven rollers that rotate in opposite directions, generating extrusion and shearing forces to crush materials. Feed material enters through the inlet, is crushed by the rollers, and discharged naturally. If unbreakable or oversized materials are encountered, the hydraulic cylinders or springs automatically retract the rollers to widen the gap, allowing the material to fall through safely. The discharge size is adjusted by controlling the hydraulic or spring pressure.
