Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.    

The smooth double roll crusher operates through rollers. The weathered rock put into the machine through the inlet, are crushed by the squeezing between the rollers. The discharge size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rollers. If the gap becomes larger, the discharged size becomes larger. While the gap becomes smaller by compressing spring, the discharge size also becomes smaller.
